What had you been doing before you started working with Bruce?
I toured and recorded with Love/Hate, Earshot and Puddle of Mudd.
How did you come to work with Bruce?
Roy and I are in The Tribe of Gypsies and we were finishing our record when he asked me, and I immediately said "Of course" without hesitation
Do you remember your first meeting with him?
Yes, Bruce and Roy came over to my house and had a couple of beers while we were listening to the demos, it was a pleasure .
What are you up to at the moment?
At the moment, I've been recording demos with Puddle of Mudd, Bob Dylan's Tribute record and sessions.
Do you have any fun Bruce anecdotes to share with us?
No.
How do you value your work with Bruce compared to other stuff you have made?
Tyranny of Souls is a record I will always be proud of , we had a lot of fun making it. It's an honor to be on Bruce's record. Thanks to Z and Bruce.
What do you think of his other works?
Iron Maiden is one of my big influences, Piece of Mind is probably my favorite record. Bruce's solo records are all very good, they showcase Bruce's voice and lyrics a little differently than in Maiden.

David Moreno's own question to himself:
What drum kit did you use to record Tyranny of Souls?
I used a 22" Sonor kick and DW tom toms and all Sabian Cymbals, I used about Four different snares, Roy and I tuned the kit to get that old sound, of course with the timbre of current sounding drums, Stan (our engineer) also joined in, I remember Stan was wearing a scarf one day at the studio, and would you figure it ended up taped to one of my snares to get a certain effect we we're looking for, and it worked brilliantly! The studio is always full of surprises.
